Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of a service consisting in the provision of technical maintenance at the P3-2 level of a set of bogies in a rail bus of the SA132 series, together with additional works, in accordance with the Maintenance System Documentation, Technical and Operational Documentation, as well as the relevant Polish Standards, including those taking into account the implementation of relevant European Standards, Industry Standards and provisions of national and Community law in force during the duration of the contract. 2. The procedure is conducted as an open tender procedure based on the provisions of the Regulations awarding orders in the company Koleje Dolnośląskie S.A., to which the provisions of the Act of September 11, 2019 Public Procurement Law - sub-threshold sector procurement do not apply. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order, the requirements and expectations of the Ordering Party are provided in the Description of the Subject Orders (OPZ - III part of the SIWZ) and in the Contract Template (WU - II part of the SIWZ), which constitute an integral part of the SIWZ.4. The order completion date is specified in point 5 of the SIWZ IDW and in paragraph 3 of the Contract Template (II part of the SIWZ).5.
