- 1. The subject of the order is the provision of services consisting in the protection of persons and property in the facilities of the Ignacy Historic Mine in Rybnik, along with the protection of mass events in 2026.2. The subject of the order includes the basic order performed by the licensed Contractor based on the provisions of the Act of August 22, 1997 on the protection of persons and property (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1995, as amended) in the form of: 1) direct physical protection consisting in supervision of the Contractor's employee at the Ordering Party's headquarters in accordance with the adopted schedule, 2) direct physical protection consisting in constant supervision of signals transmitted, collected and processed in electronic devices and alarm systems by the monitoring center, 3) technical security consisting in the installation of electronic devices and alarm systems signaling threats to protected persons and property, as well as operation and maintenance and repairs in places where they are installed.3.
