Description:
The subject of the order is to develop a communication strategy on invasive alien species, including carrying out a diagnosis and assessment of the current state of the level of public awareness of IGO and preparing a proposal for a Campaign Plan, including a schedule for 2026-2029 and estimate.
The preparation of the Strategy will be the starting point for developing the assumptions of a large-scale information and educational campaign, which is a key action necessary to increase public awareness and more effectively limit the spread of IGO in our country. Development an extensive, comprehensive document, which is the Strategy, was deemed necessary due to the subject matter being difficult to communicate - on the one hand, due to the substantive nature of phenomena related to biological invasions, and on the other hand, due to possible controversies related to public reception necessary to take remedial actions, in particular eliminating invasive species of alien animals from the environment. The description of the subject of the contract and the draft provisions of the public procurement contract constitute annexes to the Specification of Conditions Orders.
