PROVISION OF THE SERVICE OF ENSURING CONTINUITY OF PRINTING, SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE OF MULTIFUNCTIONAL PRINTING DEVICES, INCLUDING THEIR RENTAL AND THE POSSIBILITY OF REPURCHASE, AND SUPPORTING THE SECURE PRINTING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOLLOWED AT THE PROVINCE HEADQUARTERS LICIA IN GDAŃSK AND SUBJECT ENTITIES
Subjectsm of the order is to provide the service of comprehensive management of the document processing process, i.e. the process of scanning, copying, printing, managing users and their rights to use available functions, as well as ensuring service and maintaining continuity of operationprinting devices and support for the print management system at the Provincial Police Headquarters in Gdańsk and subordinate units, for multifunctional printing devices divided into 2 tasks.
