Description:
3.1. The subject of the order is the task titled: Performing the service of establishing and operating a Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (hereinafter referred to as PSZOK), available to property owners located in the Suwaki Commune who pay a fee for municipal waste management to the commune, as well as management of waste delivered to PSZOK by the above-mentioned owners in the City of Suwaki, or on a plot located within a radius of 15 km from the border of the City of Suwaki on real estate owned by the Contractor or to which the Contractor has legal title for the time of submitting the offer and at least for the period of performance services (e.g. perpetual usufruct, lease, rental, lending agreements), as well as management of waste delivered by residents of the Suwaki Commune to PSZOK, in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026.3.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in Appendix No. 1 to SWZ.3.3.
