Providing the administration service and minor repairs, including support technical in the scope of clearing sanitary facilities in facilities and the area belonging to Polish airports in Warsaw in 2025-2026.
The subject of the task is a service involving the administration of facilities and external areas around the Chopin Airport, parking lots in the field of maintenance cleanliness and minor repairs including sanitary fittings.
Administration is in the scope of the service:
• 72 buildings with a total area of around 191 616 m2, of which 41 buildings are covered by a cleaning service (area of about 150,000 m2),
• 26 parking lots with an area of about 138,600 m2 at 4.8 thousand parking spaces, including 1 multi -level parking lot and one underground in the Sonata building,
• Areas along ul. Żwirki i Wigury from the intersection with ul. Workers' Defenders Committee, between ul. J. G. Bennett and W. Narkiewicz, and the terminal and around buildings,
• area at the gate No. 10 "Hill of view".
The service will be provided in a 24 -hour system, 7 days a week.
The contractor will be responsible, among others for:
1) conducting the daily celebrations of the area covered by the contract to check the purity
and order and infrastructure efficiency control;
2) in winter (in the period from October 15 to April 15) control of snow removal of pedestrian routes outside the facilities and in the parking lot;
