- 1) The subject of the order is the provision of a service including the granting and servicing of a long-term PLN loan up to the maximum amount: PLN 4,200,000.00 (in words: four million two hundred thousand zlotys 00/100) to finance the planned deficit of the municipal budget in connection with the implementation of tasks with the use of funds from the European Union in the amount of PLN 2,294,776.00 and repayment of previously incurred liabilities under credits and loans in the amount of PLN 1,905,224.00.2) The loan will be repaid in the years from 2026 to 2034. 3) The loan will be launched in 2025, from the date of signing the agreement with the bank. 4) The contractor will mobilize funds loan in the amount and on the dates indicated by the Ordering Party, without submitting a separate loan application to be considered. The payment may be made in several tranches, of which the Ordering Party will inform the Contractor at least 3 business days before the planned payment. 5) Settlements between the Ordering Party and the Contractor will be made in Polish zlotys (PLN). 6) The deadline for using the loan is December 31, 2025. 7) Type of interest rate: The loan interest rate will be based on the variable interest rate WIBOR 1M meaning st...
