Description:
The subject of the contract is the provision of a service to issue and transfer Tauron certificates to Tauron's acquisition of a guarantee of energy origin from renewable sources in accordance with the following conditions:
1. Tauron purchases a guarantee of electricity origin from renewable sources for the indicated period
in the required volumes and in the form of transactional agreements and transfers them to the contractor to confirm the purchase
2. The contractor issues certificates and provides them to Tauron clients in appropriate dates,
3. The Contractor provides certificates to the address e-mail indicated by Tauron customers in accordance with the pattern of e-mail visibility and certificate and within the time limit specified in the contract,
4 or a certificate printout,
5. The Contractor undertakes to organize, keep and supervise the register of guarantees of origin including registration of energy guarantees of energy origin and declarations of a significance of energy guarantee.
