Numbering in accordance with SWZ:5. Description of the subject of the order 5.1. The subject of the order is the provision of permanent, comprehensive maintenance services in buildings S and Z and the surrounding area, located at ul. Ujastek 1 in Krakow, for a period of 24 months (basic order), in accordance with the planned provisions of the contract, constituting Annex No. 9.(...)5.5. The Ordering Party's requirements regarding the form of employment of the Contractor's employees, in accordance with Art. 95 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law: 1) The Ordering Party requires that all persons employed by the Contractor who provide services to the Ordering Party in the field of the subject of the order were employed by the Contractor under an employment contract within the meaning of the provisions of Art. 22 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 277).2) the Ordering Party within a period not exceeding 14 days from the date of commencement of the provision of the service in question cleaning, requires the Contractor to submit copies of employment contracts for each employed person who is to perform the subject of the order or ZUS RCA documents, anonymized regarding the address of residence and the amount of remuneration. 3) To employees possibly...
