Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of services of preparation and daily meals for residents of the Social Welfare Home in Liswki in the period from January 3, 2026 to January 7, 2027, using the equipped kitchen leased by the Contractor from the Ordering Party, located in the building on the premises of the local Social Welfare Home. A detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in Annex No. 2 to the specification. Meals must be served at the Ordering Party's premises every day, including Sundays and holidays. The Ordering Party requires that this service be performed by the Contractor in accordance with the HACCP system. List kitchen equipment is included in the annex to the lease agreement, while the lease terms are set out in the draft lease agreement, constituting Appendix No. 3.1. During the order execution period, the Contractor will be obliged to prepare approximately 37,000 portions of daily meals, including breakfast with drinks, two-course lunches with drinks, an additional meal (afternoon snack) and dinner with drinks.
