Functional and utility program - Appendix No. 1 to SWZ. File name Appendix No. 1 - PFU. Location: plot 556 district 0005 Jew Sudecki. Property structure of the plot in question: property of the Jew Sudecki commune. Plot area: 2,890 ha. Cubic capacity: Building area (cubic objects): a) existing: - Building teaching area: 282 m2, including part of the extension, approx. 85.0 m2 already demolished, b) planned (expansion): approx. 700-750 m2. The renovated building has floors: ground floor, first floor, attic and basement. The ground floor and first floor were intended entirely for the basic functions of the project. The attic remained qualified for partial use for auxiliary functions. The main renovation works include: replacement of ceilings, replacement of the roof covering with sheet metal flashings and replacement of gutters, replacement of the wooden roof structure, making holes in the walls and the structure, filling the holes in the walls with masonry, demolition of existing joinery, wall cladding, floors, replacement of staircases, replacement of existing plaster coatings, construction of facades, sanitary, electrical and telecommunications installation works.
