Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a service regarding the production, implementation or maintenance of IT systems by a specialized IT team. The subject of the contract was described in detail in chapter II SWZ - description of the subject of the contract
2. Deadline of the contract:
2.1.The frame will apply for 36 months from the date of its conclusion or until the maximum gross value is exhausted, depending on which event will take place first.
2.2. The applicant will award execution orders for individual services as far as existing needs, on the basis of an executive agreement,in accordance with the procedures specified in the framework agreement. An executive order will always contain at least: a consultant specialty, a number of consultants, a maximum dimension of services for the provision of services per consultant of a given specialty, the period and place of the consultant's services.
3.The ordering party pursuant to art. 139 of the Public Procurement Law provides for an inverted order of evaluation of offers, i.e. first he will examine and evaluate the offers, and then perform the subjective qualification of contractors whose offers have been the highest assessed, in the scope of the lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation inproceedings.
4.
