Brief description of the subject of the order: The scope of the order includes 1. processing of the submitted materials from analogue to electronic form in accordance with 7 Regulation of the Minister of Development, Labor and Technology of April 2, 2021, on the organization and mode of running the state georesourceodetic and cartographic (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 820, as amended); 2. feeding the PZGiK system (TurboEWID) with scans of technical reports;3. preparation in a digital version of a list of processed operations and documents signed with a qualified electronic signature, personal signature or trust signatureand reports on the work performed.4. Reports of various formats are scanned: A4, A5, A3, A2, A1, A0, with different technical condition and on various media (paper, foil, parchment, cardboard): a) legal status reports: 136,311 =
150 reports (7, 8mb); b) reports from sorting unitsh district records from before 1997 (district segregation unit - 1960s, 1970s, 1980s) =
