Description:
1. The subject of the order is: Provision of the service of sending and receiving SMS messages (Short Message Service) and sending MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service).
2. The order was divided into two parts.
part I - Provision of the Service of sending and receiving SMS messages (Short Message Service) i sending MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service).
91 section 1 of the Public Procurement Act, the Ordering Party determines the maximum number of parts for which the Contractor will may submit an offer: one contractor may submit an offer for two parts of the order.
91 section 3, the Ordering Party limits the number of parts it will award to one contractor to one part of the contract.
The Ordering Party will jointly examine and evaluate the offers in both parts, the method of examination and evaluation was specified in Chapter III point. 3 SWZ.
4. A detailed description of the subject of the order for Part I is Annex No. 1a to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract and Annex No. 2a to the SWZ - Important provisions of the contract; for Part II is Annex No. 1b to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the order and Annex No. 2b to the SWZ - Important provisions of the contract.
5. The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the essential provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 2a to the SWZ for Part I and Annex No. 2b to the SWZ for Part II.
