The subject of the order is the service and technical support service for all available functions for a period of 12 months for the Next Generation Firewall (NGF) devices owned by the Employer. As part of the support, the Employer will receive the possibility of using the following services provided by the manufacturer: a) firmware update to the latest versions published by the manufacturer; b) update of the IPS definition database (Intrussion Prevention System); c) updating application signatures; d) access to knowledge bases, configuration guides and diagnostic tools; e) technical support
