Description:
The subject of the order is a service including catching and providing continuous care for homeless animals from the Mikow Commune, numbering 140 animals: 70 dogs, 50 cats and 20 other small domesticated animals (e.g. rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, mice, rats, degus, chinchillas, ferrets, ferrets and other unlisted domesticated animals) from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. The service will consist in: a) intervention, including transport, requested by the Ordering Party or by the services indicated by the Ordering Party (Chief Specialist for Animals and Invasive Alien Species, employees of the Department of Environmental Protection, the Municipal Guard, the District Crisis Management Center, police officers or a veterinarian with whom the Ordering Party has concluded a contract for the provision of services related to providing veterinary first aid to animals injured and injured in road accidents and other events in 2026 from the Mikow commune), which will end with success or failure, i.e. catching and placing the animal in a shelter or transport only (without the animal if it escapes).
