- 1. The subject of the order is: "Providing the service of collecting municipal waste and managing this waste from property owners created in the Poczesna Commune." 2. Scope of the subject of the order: The scope of the order includes collection and management of the entire stream of municipal waste transferred by owners of properties located in the Poczesna Commune, where residents live, in a way that will enable the Commune to obtain the best possible management effects municipal waste, in order to provide the Commune with the highest possible levels of: preparation for reuse and recycling of municipal waste, limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill and not exceeding storage levels as part of the assigned task. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the OPZ - Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. 3. Obligation to employ under an employment contract. The Ordering Party, acting pursuant to Art. 95 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law, requires employment by Contractor or Subcontractor under an employment contract within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 277, as amended) of all persons who will perform the following activities: οcollection of municipal waste (drivers and people loading waste); οsupervision of the implementation of the contract and management and distribution of the car fleet.
