Providing services for the collection and management of municipal waste generated on real estate inhabited and uninhabited in the Pilchowice commune and preparation and operation of selective municipal waste collection points (PSZOK)
Description of the subject of the order:
1. The subject of the order was divided into 2 (two) Parts.
2. The subject of the order in Part 1 is the provision of services collection and management of municipal waste generated on residential and non-residential properties in the Pilchowice Commune in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2027.
In terms of law option, the estimated amount of waste is 30% of the basic order - 3,911,700 Mg. In terms of the option law, the estimated amount of waste is 12.5% of the basic order - 1,629.875 Mg.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the order (hereinafter: OPZ) is included in Annex No. 2.1. to SWZ.
4.The subject of the order in Parts 2 is the service of preparation and operation of a selective municipal waste collection point (hereinafter referred to as PSZOK) in the period from January 12, 2026 to January 11, 2028.
In terms of option law, the estimated amount of waste is 30% of the order basic 189,947 Mg. In terms of option law, the estimated amount of waste is 12.5% of the basic order - 79.145 Mg.
