• Description:
• The subject of the order is the provision of collection, transport and management of municipal waste generated on properties inhabited in the Mstów Commune. The scope of the subject of the order includes in particular: a) collection, transport and management of the entire stream of municipal waste generated on in the Mstów Commune, i.e. from residential properties, including collection of large-size waste from the property, textiles and clothing from the Selective Waste Collection Point Municipal. The detailed scope of work to be performed by the Contractor is described in the Description (OPZ), which constitutes (Appendix No. 1 to SWZO obligation to employ under an employment contract. The Ordering Party, acting pursuant to Article 95(1) of the Public Procurement Law, requires employment by the Contractor or A subcontractor under an employment contract within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 277, as amended) of persons involved in loading containers and bags into specialized waste collection vehicles) - supervision over the implementation of the contract and the management and distribution of the car fleet were performed by persons employed under an employment contract, regardless of whether these works will be performed by the Contractor, a subcontractor or a further subcontractor.
