- 1. The subject of the order is the provision of services consisting in comprehensive implementation of investor supervision during the implementation of the investment task entitled: Construction of a new base of Nowy Ruda Municipal Services, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Act of July 7 1994. Construction law (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 418, as amended). The order is carried out as part of the project: Construction of a new base of Nowy Ruda Municipal Services, co-financed by the European Funds for Lower Silesia 2021-2027. Investor supervision provided by will be in the following industries: 1) in the construction industry 2) in the sanitary industry 3) in the electrical industry 4) in the road industry in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Act of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 418, as amended). Planned task with providing the investment value, expected implementation date and frequency of meetings: Name of the investment task: Construction of a new database of Nowy Ruda Municipal Services.
