Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of services consisting in conducting lectures and workshops on first aid for participants of the Daily Support Center in Nowy Scz, a support center operating within the organizational structure of the Municipal Social Welfare Center in Nowy Sacz. Nowy Sczu, implemented as part of the project entitled Nowy Sącz co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus under the European Funds for Maopolska 2021-2027 Program.2. Performer as part of the services provided: a) will develop a framework program of classes (class outline) on the form constituting an annex to the contract, b) will provide the necessary materials, teaching aids and equipment to perform the services (including a resuscitation phantom, an AED defibrillator (for learning how to use it), gauze, bandages, triangular scarves, masks for ventilation (for learning how to breathe), artificial blood (for learning how to make dressings, etc.) and other necessary to conduct classes, c) conduct a total of 48 hours of classes for two groups of 12 participants of the Day Support Home (each group...
