• Providing services consisting in geodetic control of the location of roadside advertising, exits or other forms of encroachment on the road network on the network of national roads, expressways and highways in the Lesser Poland Voivodeship (divided into 3 parts) The subject of the order is: Provision of services consisting in geodetic control of the location of roadside advertising, exits or other forms of road violations on the network of national roads, expressways and highways in the voivodeship Lesser Poland Voivodeship (divided into 3 parts): Part 1 - including inspection of violations of the boundaries of the road in the division of roads administered by the Tarnów District, Part 2 - including inspection of violations of the boundaries of the road in the division of roads administered by the Nowy Sącz District, Part 3 - including monitoring the violation of the boundaries of the road in the division of roads administered by the Nowy Targ District. Pursuant to Art. 91 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party specifies that one Contractor may submit an offer in relation to one or two selected parts of the order. The service consists in performing (according to the needs of the Ordering Party) geodetic control of the location of objects whose location may violate the boundaries of the road, based on written orders submitted to the Contractor by e-mail. The scope and method of execution of orders are specified in detail in the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ). The maximum number of facilities subject to geodetic control during the period of validity of this agreement is: 40. A detailed list of sections of national roads administered by the indicated Districts of the Branch in Krakow is included in Annex No. 1 to the OPZ.
