Description: 1. The subject of this contract is the provision of services consisting in maintaining cleanliness in the Great Theater in Łódź specified in detail in Annex 4 to SWZ.
2. Services will be carried out in accordance with the conditions set out by the Ordering Party in the Agreement, which constitutes Annex 3 to SWZ.
3. The offer may include all orders. The Ordering Party allows placing partial offers for individual tasks. As part of the task, the contracting authority requires a full offer (ie 100% of the position in the task):
3.1. Task 1 - Maintenance of purity in the administrative and technical part;
3.2. Task 2 - Maintenance of cleanliness in the representative part;
3.3. Task 3 - Washing windows.
4. For task 1 and for the task 2, the Ordering Party requires attaching to the offer of samples to maintain cleanliness and cleanliness articles. Liquid soaps, toilet paper, paper towels and preparation for cleaning sanitary facilities ... Details in the SWZ.
