Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of a service consisting in organizing and conducting swimming lessons in an indoor swimming pool as part of classes for students of the Primary School with Integration Classes No. 4 in Wieliczka.2. The service consists in particular of: 2.1. purchasing tickets to the public swimming pool, which is subject to the supervision of health institutions, in accordance with applicable law and standards, in particular the Act of August 18, 2011 on the safety of persons staying in water areas (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 714)2.2. instructor service and swimming lessons.3. The ordering party specifies the following service performance standards: 3.1. at least one instructor for 15 children, and the Contractor is required to provide at least two instructors for groups with children with special educational needs.3.2. Constant supervision of at least three lifeguards at the pool;4. providing equipment for learning to swim: a) pasta, approx. 60 pieces;b) sleeves, approx. 30 pieces in various sizes;c) boards, approx. 60 pieces;d) equipment for adaptive water activities for children;5.
