Description:
1) The subject of the order is a catering service consisting in the preparation and delivery of a hot two-course meal, i.e. soup 300 ml, main course and compote 200 ml) for students aged 6-15, attending Primary School No. 4. Francesco Nullo in Olkusz.2) The service will be provided within 3 business days from signing the contract until December 18, 2026. Meals will be delivered Monday to Friday, with the exception of public holidays and days free from teaching, in an estimated amount of approximately 180 feeding days. The estimated daily number of children served is approximately 120 students. These amounts should be treated as estimates. The Ordering Party reserves the right to increase or reduce the number of children depending on the needs, within min. 50 students, max. 120 students. The contractor will be entitled to remuneration for the meals actually prepared and served. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Chapter II of the SWZ
