- 1.1. The subject of the order is the provision by the Contract Engineer of comprehensive services consisting in acting on behalf of and for the benefit of the Ordering Party as the Contract Engineer in the implementation of the Investment called "Construction of the cogeneration unit at ul. Żelazna 7 in Radom".
1.2.Investment rely will be on the comprehensive construction of the Block by the General Contractor of the Block on a turnkey basis, i.e., among others demolition of existing buildings on the Construction Site, obtaining administrative decisions, design, delivery of devices and equipment, construction and assembly of the complete Unit, carrying out the Commissioning, all tests and trials checking the correct operation of all installations, putting the Unit into operation until the date of final acceptance together with a complete set of construction and as-built documentation, O&M, operating instructions and obtaining on behalf of the Ordering Party administrative decisions necessary for the operation of the Block, i.e. integrated permit, water permit, greenhouse gas emission permit (if applicable) and development of the necessary documentation along with an application to change the licenses held by the Ordering Party or the study necessary documentation together with the application for obtaining new licenses. A general description of the Investment is included in point 10 of Annex No. 1 to the Agreement "Scope of Services of the Contract Engineer".
1.3. As part of the implementation of the Subject Matter of the Agreement, the Ordering Party commissions the Contract Engineer to comprehensively perform Services, including including:
