- 1. The subject of the order is the provision of the following services by the Contractor to the Ordering Party: a) provision of services in the field of 24-hour physical protection of persons and property at the facility in Gdańsk at ul. w. Ducha 2 and ul. Teatralna 2, b) provision of services in the scope of 24/7 physical protection of people and property at the facility in Sopot at ul. Bohaterów Monte Cassino 30, in the period from February 1, 2026 to January 31, 2027, in accordance with the requirements of the Act of August 22, 1997 on the protection of persons and property (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 532, consolidated text), and the acts thereunder related and implementing acts.2. The Contractor is obliged to perform the activities referred to in the point above using persons entered on the list of qualified physical security employees. At the request of the Ordering Party, the Contractor will be obliged to submit within 3 days days, a certificate of entry of the persons referred to in the preceding sentence on the list of qualified physical security employees.3. As part of the implementation of the subject of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to ensure the continuous, 24-hour presence of one security employee at the facility in Sopot and at least one security employee at the facility in Gdańsk at ul. v.
