Description:
The subject of the order is the collection and management of municipal waste indicated in the order description from properties inhabited by residents, located in the Raciąż Commune, in a way that ensures achievement of appropriate levels of preparation for reuse and recycling. and limiting biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill and in a manner consistent with the provisions of the Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733), the Act of December 14, 2012 on waste (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733). 2023 item 1587, as amended), Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of January 11, 2013 on specific requirements for the collection of municipal waste from property owners (Journal of Laws of 2013, item 122), provisions of the Waste Management Plan for the Masovian Voivodeship 2030, adopted resolution of the Assembly of the Masovian Voivodeship No. 9/25 of February 25, 2025 on the adoption of the Waste Management Plan for the Masovian Voivodeship 2030 (as amended), Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Raciąż Commune, and other provisions of statutory and local law.
