Description:
The subject of the order is the provision of services in the field of collection, loading, transport, unloading and disposal of waste with selected codes from group 18 and code 16 03 06.1. Fulfillment of the order consisting in the provision of services in the field of collection, loading, transport, unloading and waste disposal about selected codes from group 18 and code 16 03 06 originating from the activities of the Oparze Treatment Center. Dr. Stanisław Sakiela in Siemianowice lskie, performed in accordance with the applicable legal provisions in this regard, in particular in accordance with the Act of December 14, 2012 on waste and issued on its basis by implementing acts.2. The amount of waste that the Ordering Party will submit to the Contractor for disposal during the term of the contract is 104.514 Mg, i.e. 104,514 kg.
