Providing services in the field of maintenance and repair works and maintenance of the telecommunications and structural networks, alarm networks, camera installations, access control and communication devices in SPWSZ facilities in Szczecin
1. The subject of the order is the provision of maintenance and repair servicesrepairs and maintenance of the telecommunications and structural networks, alarm networks, camera installations, access control and communication devices in SPWSZ facilities in Szczecin.
The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the draft contract, constituting Annex No. 4 toSWZ and in the description of the subject of the order constituting Annex No. 1 to SWZ.
2. The detailed description of the Subject of the Order is attached as Annex No. 1 to the SWZ
3. The Ordering Party does not allow the possibility of submitting partial offers referred to in Art. 7 point 15) of the PZP, because these proceedings have not beenseparated into parts because the subject of the contract awarded in the procedure is one service of the same nature which - for its proper performance - should be performed by one contractor, taking into account the need to maintain mutual compatibility of individual activitiescut down. Moreover, failure to divide the contract into parts will not make it difficult or impossible for entities from the SME sector to apply for the contract, because the only condition for participation in the procedure - relating to the availability of persons capable of performing the contract - has been set at a minimum...
