Providing occupational medicine services for employees of the Ministry of National Defense and soldiers 22 WOG in Olsztyn and the units and institutions that supply it (initial, periodic, follow-up examinations) and other medical examinations
1. The subject of the order is the provision of occupational medicine services for employees of the Ministry of National Defense and soldiers of the 22nd Military Economic Division in Olsztyn and the units and institutions providing it (initial, periodic and follow-up tests) and other medical tests within 7 parts.
441 of the Act of September 11, 2019 Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party provides for the possibility of exercising the option right
Option law provision of medical services in the field the subject of the contract upon written information from the Ordering Party in the quantities indicated by him during the contract implementation period and the unit prices specified in the price form. The method of exercising the option has been described in detail in the draft provisions of the contract.
