Description:
The subject of the order is the provision of services consisting in providing comprehensive, daily services in the field of patient nutrition, delivery of meals and collection and disposal of post-consumer waste. The service in particular includes: a. food preparation in amounts resulting from the number of hospitalized patients, taking into account the requirements of the ordering party and dietary recommendationsb. delivery of meals by appropriate transport in airtight containers, thermoses or other systems ensuring microbiological tightness and thermal delivery, taking into account the type of diet and the number of portions, to the place designated by the ordering party, i.e. the kitchen of the Movement Organ Rehabilitation Department. collection of dirty containers from the place designated by the ordering party d. collection of post-consumer waste from the place designated by the ordering party. washing and disinfecting containers used for storing, transporting and serving food in accordance with sanitary and epidemiological regulations
