The subject of the contract is: "Providing services in the field of preparation and supply of all -day food for hospital patients, taking into account dietary recommendations"
Detailed description of the subject of the contract:
• The quantity and type of diets are specified in the assortment and price form - Annex 2 to SWZ,
• A detailed list of diets used in the hospital has been included in Annex 11 to SWZ,
• The description of the diet was specified in Annex 12 to SWZ,
• The required minimum weight of individual products and dishes released per person was included in Annex 13 to SWZ,
• List of the amount of ordered Meals in previous years were included in Annex 14 to SWZ.
The contracting authority has not divided the order into parts, because the provision of food services in a comprehensive manner by one contractor will ensure the proper organization, logistics and quality of services, and also increase the efficiency of supervision over the implementation of the order.
Education 102 located in the main building of the hospital and building of the observation and infectious department at the cost and risk of the contractor. The estimated daily amount of meals is 200 portions of all -day food (CW) is specified in Annex 2 to SWZ.
