2. The organizer of the service is the Kolbuszowa Commune (Ordering Party), the selected contractor
in these proceedings, after concluding the contract, it becomes the Operator within the meaning of the provisions of the Public Transport Act Collective Agreement of December 16, 2010.
3. The Contractor undertakes to provide transport services in accordance with the designated communication lines and timetable, while maintaining the provisions of the Act of June 20, 1997 - Road Traffic Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2024.1251), the Act of November 15, 1984. Transport Law (i.e. Journal of Laws 2024.1262), the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of December 31, 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (i.e. Journal of Laws 2024.502) as well as other legal provisions relating to operators and carriers.
