Description:
1. The subject of the order is the service of removing 3,330.30 m3 of liquid waste from septic tanks located in the area administered by the Ordering Party - the Municipality.2. Scope of service provision: - removal of liquid waste using septic tankers that meet the requirements set out in the provisions of the Act of 20 June 1997 - Road Traffic Law, having current technical tests authorizing the export of liquid waste in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of November 12, 2002 on requirements for septic tank vehicles (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 193, item 1617) and equipped with in the appropriate length of the hose (the length of the hose depends on the distance of the septic tank from the parking place of the vehicle) based on a telephone or e-mail notification from the Manager of the Administrative Area where the hose removal is carried out or an authorized employee (regarding the gymnasium) or the Manager of the Service Office State Treasury and Cubic Facilities or an authorized employee (applies to the State Treasury). - each time, complete emptying of septic tanks of liquid waste and their disposal only to the catchment area, - knocking of septic tanks at least once during the term of the contract, - deleting...
