Description:
1. The subject of the Order is the provision of services in the field of removing vehicles from public roads located in the Puck County and maintaining a guarded parking lot for the removed vehicles.2. The subject of the order includes: 1) removal of vehicles at the expense of the vehicle owner from roads located on in the area of Puck County, pursuant to Art. 130a section 1 and 2 of the Act of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2024, item 1251), 2) operating a 24-hour guarded parking lot for storing removed vehicles at the expense of the vehicle owner from the roads in the 24-hour guarded parking lot located in the Puck County, according to the requirements and principles set out in Art. 130a of the Act of 20 June 1997, Road Traffic Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2024, item 1251); Regulation of the Minister of Interior and Administration of June 22, 2011 on the removal of vehicles the use of which may pose a threat road safety or order or impeding rescue operations, i.e. (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2285), hereinafter referred to as the Regulation and in accordance with the provisions of this contracts.
