Description:
1. The subject of this agreement is the provision of services in the field of supervision and protection of persons and property in the Social Welfare Home in Żywiec for the years 2026-2027.2. The number of man-hours for the service provided during the order execution period is 17,544 hours.3. Due to the fact that the Social Welfare Home is a facility public utilities, employees employed in the execution of the order must be characterized by good personal culture, use the Polish language correctly, be able to communicate with the elderly, disabled and sick people, employees of the Ordering Party and people visiting the House, good appearance and perform assigned tasks with the greatest care, in a decisive and polite manner. Due to the specific nature of the tasks performed, the Contractor's employees must be physically fit.4. The detailed scope and technical requirements for the execution of the subject of the order are specified in the Description of the Subject of the Order in the Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ, and the Draft Agreement constituting Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ.5. The Ordering Party requires that the Contractor provides the Ordering Party with an intervention group, if necessary, the travel time of which to the Ordering Party will be tired...
