The subject of this part of the public procurement procedure is the selection of a contractor who will provide the ordering party with services consisting in carrying out technical inspections, maintenance and repair of equipment and medical apparatus of the District Hospital. Dr. Tytus Chaubiski in Zakopane, in accordance with the detailed scope specified in point 5.4 of this SWZ in the part regarding: Package No. 1 Dry testing equipment, 2 items.2. The terms of execution of the order are included in the draft contract, which constitutes Annex No. 5 to SWZ.
