The subject of the order is the provision of services in the form of shelter in a shelter for homeless people with care services to persons referred by the Municipal Family Support Center in Toruń in 2026. The subject of the order was not divided into parts because, in the Ordering Party's opinion, the division would lead to excessive costs of order fulfillment and price differences for the services provided. 2. Detailed description of the subject of the order: 1) The subject of the order should be implemented in accordance with the provisions specified in the Act of March 12, 2004 on social assistance (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1214, as amended) and the regulation Minister of Family, Labor and Social Policy of April 27, 2018 on minimum standards for night shelters, shelters for homeless people, shelters for homeless people with care services and heating facilities (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 896, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the Regulation.2) The minimum scope of the service includes: - service provided 7 days a week; - ensuring the possibility of staying in the shelter 24 hours a day, including providing a place to sleep in a heated room whose temperature is not lower than 20C; - providing one warm one ...
