Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement with many contractors (maximum 4 contractors) to conduct the following types of tests:
1) Implementation of telephone surveys (CATI) on targeted rehearsals (minimum 500 interviews, and a maximum of 1,500 interviews).
2) Implementation of direct surveys (CAPI) on targeted tests (minimum 500 interviews, and a maximum of 1,500 interviews).
3) Implementation of internet surveys (CAWI) on representative rehearsals (minimum 1000 interviews, and a maximum of 4,000 interviews - a fixed set of variables).
4) Implementation of Internet surveys (CAWI) on representative rehearsals (minimum 1000 interviews, and a maximum of 4,000 interviews).
5) Implementation of Internet surveys (CAWI) on representative rehearsals among people aged 12-17 (minimum 1000 interviews and a maximum of 5,000 interviews).
6) Implementation of FGI and IDI qualitative tests - on a general sample.
7) implementation of FGI and IDI qualitative research - on targeted attempt.
314 para. 1 point 3) of the Public Procurement Law, the contracting authority intends to conclude a framework agreement with more than one contractor, i.e. with a maximum of 4 (four) contractors who submitted offers not subject to rejection.
3. The applicant will provide executive (detailed) orders on the terms of the order specified in the formula of the framework agreement, constituting Annex 7 to SWZ.
4. The contract covered by a framework contract may only take place between the contracting authority and the contractor who is a party to the framework agreement.
