Description:
The subject of the order is a service consisting in the successive preparation of estimates of the value of real estate for the needs of the City of Jelenia Gra in 2026, in accordance with the principles set out in the Act of August 21, 1997 on real estate management (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1145 from Mon. as amended) and in the regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of September 5, 2023 on the valuation of real estate (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1832). CZ I estimates: 1. undeveloped real estate, including real estate undeveloped real estate encumbered with the ruins of former buildings, intended for sale by way of an open tender for up to 50 reports, 2. undeveloped real estate, including undeveloped real estate encumbered with the ruins of former buildings construction, intended for sale by way of a tender limited to 5 surveys. A total of up to 55 surveys. The order will be carried out for real estate located within the administrative boundaries of the City of Jelenia Gra, including: Cieplice, Sobieszw, Jagnitków, Goduszyn, Czarne, Maciejow, Zabobrze and Jeleni Gr Centrum.
