Description of the subject of the order:
a) The subject of the order is the provision of the Supervision Team service Investor's Office (investor supervision inspectors) during the implementation of construction works of the investment project called "Construction of an integrated transfer hub with the P+R Bronowice parking lot and a bus terminal in Krakow."
b) The Ordering Party described the Subject of the order using the following means attachments to SWZ:
- Draft provisions of the contract (PPU) constituting Annex No. 2
- Subject and details of the order constituting Annex No. 6
c) If the manufacturer's name, trademarks, standards, approvals, technical specifications and reference systems, products can be replaced by equivalent ones. The Ordering Party will consider equivalent solutions to be solutions that enable achieving the effect intended by the Ordering Party using other technical solutions. An identical solution cannot be considered equivalent (identical), but only those that indicate exactly the same or very similar utility value in the compared features.
