Description:
1. The subject of the order is a service consisting in the passive distribution of a newspaper published until the end of 2026, starting from January 7, 2026. The newspaper's editions will be distributed 3 times a week in Łodź to 100 points (passive distribution).2. Passive distribution will take place in the period from the 7th January to December 31, 2026 on the days of the newspaper's issue (Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 147 to 152 issues per year, with the basic order the number of pages in one copy is 16) and will consist in delivering 1 package of newspapers weighing up to 20 kg each, no later than . (time indicated in accordance with the Contractor's offer) three times a week in Łodź to each distribution point address and providing information on the number of copies of the previous edition received.3. The Contractor is obliged to collect newspapers from the Ordering Party's warehouse no later than 5 a.m. 4. The Ordering Party reserves the right to: the Contractor must have at least one employee with at least one year of experience in daily newspaper distribution throughout the duration of the contract.5.
