Description:
Task No. 1 provision of services consisting in preparing, delivering and serving hot two-course meals for adults at the Contractor's premises. This procedure is covered by the following CPV codes: 55321000-6 Meal preparation services 55322000-3 Meal cooking services 55520000-1 Delivery services posikw55320000-9 Meal serving servicesThe subject of task no. 1 is the provision of services consisting in preparing, delivering and serving hot two-course meals for adults in the premises indicated by the Contractor in accordance with Art. 48 of the Act of 12 March 2004 on social assistance (Journal of Laws of 2025 pos. 1214, i.e. as amended). The task is co-financed by a multi-annual program within the meaning of Art. 136 section 2 of the Act of 27 August 2009 on public finances (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1483, as amended) in connection with joke. 115 section 2 of the Act of 12 March 2004 on social assistance. Predicted average daily number of eligible people: 120 people. Number of feeding days during the contract implementation period: 303.
