The subject of the order is the management through recovery or neutralization of municipal waste mixed and sorted waste from properties located in the city and commune of Błonie, where residents live, as well as waste management from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (hereinafter referred to as PSZOK), located at ul. Towarowa 5, in accordance with with applicable law and:

The provisions of this Specification of Order Conditions, hereinafter referred to as the SWZ, and
