The subject of the order is the provision by the Contractor to the Ordering Party of services of monitoring and limiting the occurrence of birds and other animals existing at the military airport in Dblin in 2026. - The implementation of the tasks falling within the scope of the services in question will consist in the movement around the airport using your own means of transport and at your own expense. - the provision of these services is intended to reduce the threats related to the risk of collisions of aircraft with birds and other animals at the military airport in Dblin and the possibility of incidents occurring in these circumstances aviation, taking into account the provisions of the Act of July 3, 2002, Aviation Law and the Act of October 13, 1995, the Sheep Law, the Act of August 21, 1997 on Animal Protection, as well as the guidelines contained in the letter DG RSZ No. 68320/DG/2/17 of November 14, 2017, and pursuant to the Decision of the General Data Protection Officer in Lublin WPN.6401.119.2022.AO.1 of November 23, 2022 and Decision of the General Data Protection Officer in Lublin WPN.6401.53.2024.AO of April 17, 2024 (the above-mentioned Decisions are available for inspection at the registered office of the Ordering Party, after prior arrangement).
