1. The subject of the contract is the provision of patent spokesperson services in the scope of conducting new and continuation of ongoing patent proceedings before the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland and patent offices outside the country, for inventions reported in national, international PCT and European EPO for the benefit of the University of Gdańsk, hereinafter referred to as the "service".
2. Code of the Common Classification Order dictionary (CPV): 79120000-1 (consulting services in the field of patents and copyright).
3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex 6 to SWZ - description of the subject of the contract.
4. DATE OF THE CONTRACT: 36 months from the date of the contract.
