The subject of the order is: The subject of the order includes the provision of personal assistant services to a disabled person, i.e. services providing care to a disabled person who needs support in everyday functioning (providing assistance and organizing support to a disabled person) - in performing basic everyday activities necessary for active social, professional and educational functioning. Depending on the needs of the disabled person, the service may also include hygiene care and assistance in physiological activities. The service is aimed at people with disabilities, in particular people with a significant and moderate degree of disability, conjugal disability or intellectual disability.
