The subject of the order is the provision of services of preparing, delivering and serving meals (catering service) for: a) participants of the Residential Care Center in Brzostowa Grze, run by OPS, (planned number of nourished participants: approximately 18 people, daily stay/working days, 2 people stay 24/7/all days of the year) during: a. for COM participants, daily stay in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026, i.e. approximately 251 working days, b. 24/7 stay for COM participants from January 1, 2026 until December 31, 2026, i.e. approximately 365 days a yearb) persons indicated by the Social Welfare Center in Majdan Krlewski, who received assistance in the form of a meal based on administrative decisions (planned number of fed people on average: 16 people per month - transport to their places of residence in the commune/working days) in the period: from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026, on working days, i.e. approximately 251 days working days.2.
