Applies to KPP Luba: 1. The subject of the order is the provision of services in the preparation of preventive meals for civilian employees: KPP Luba, KP Bolkw, KPP Jawor, KPP Zbkowice lskie.2. The subject of the order is the preparation and serving of preventive meals by the Contractor for the Ordering Party, i.e. for: civilian employees, in accordance with the identified energy expenditure (year-round meals). The contractor undertakes to prepare preventive meals prepared according to the recipes of the Institute of Nutrition and Food, containing approximately 1,000 kcal. in accordance with the Regulation of the Council of Ministers on preventive measures meals and drinks (Journal of Laws No. 60, item 279 of May 30, 1996, item 1) and in accordance with the Act of August 25, 2006 on food and nutrition safety (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1448) and implementing acts. The subject of the order includes the preparation and distribution of meals in quantities and dates tailored to the needs of the Ordering Party, excluding public holidays and holidays.2.1.
